Lennox Auto Body kept us informed about each stage of the service and gave reasonable time estimates. We were very pleased that the Subaru was fixed ahead of schedule. We are very pleased that USAA has them as an approved provider.

Initial time repair estimate was 5 days, however work was completed in 3 days and it looks great. Being without your own car is pain, so thank you for the speedy service!

There was a hail dent on the passenger side rear fender that my husband was worried wouldn't be able to be repaired by PDR. I specifically asked about it when two people from Lennox inspected the car initially and I was told there would be no problem repairing it. When we picked up the car, the dent was still there and when I pointed it out, I was told it was a door ding. That's a crock. I was also told by the two Lennox employees who initially inspected the car that the insurance adjustment wrote up was very accurate, but when repairs were done the total was another 2,000.

We appreciated the updates on the progress. The staff was professional and friendly. The car looks like new!

Very obvious dent still in left front fender, showed this to Shawn and another Lennox personnel, basically was sluffed off as you can't get them all !! Yet all the others were removed... Inner rubber piece was left of inside of left front fender, Duramax emblems were left off new hood, carpet in rear passenger compartment was is filthy with sanding dust on both sides, large dusty hand print left on rear passenger seat, showed both these gentlemen all these things .. was offered a rag to wipe the seat off... charged for r&r multiple things that were never removed, such as windshield, an inner wheel wells on all four corners..wet sanding residue was left all over inside bed walls as well as all over tool box in bed, no effort to even rinse it off... When I dropped our vehicle off I stressed there was no hurry or rush, our truck is nearly brand new, less than a year old an less than 10,000 miles, I stressed all I wanted was a good job, no hurry... I feel the insurance company was charged for work that wasn't performed and over charged for the hail damage when you take the hood out of the equation, an the repairs on the bed was very minimal.... At almost 9000 dollars, this vehicle was obviously rushed through and was definitely not inspected before calling us to pick it up.. Our vehicle was also left unlocked across from your business all night, I walked right up and opened the door before being given my keys!!! My hope is to have the parts left off, replaced and the dent that was left in the left front fender repaired, that's what you were paid for... Thanks for your time .. Kevin W

There was rubber junk left on my door and it looked as if they left a small scratch on my window tint on the driver side door. I see the scratch every time I check my blind spot so it'/ distracting and noticeable.
