Upon leaving the body shop I stopped at a store and took a closer look as I noticed the light hit the bumper differently. There are a lot of bubbles in the new paint on the brand new bumper, as well as 3 scratches along the side on the driver side.
There also is a new paint chip on one door and several new paint chips on another door that I am quite certain were not there when I left the vehicle. I left a voicemail about the bubbles, i will follow up again on Monday. I'm very disappointed

I've had several auto body repairs in the past from other shops. I've never had a problem with them. Lennox is very expensive and my car still needs painted. Shops I've used in the past would never send a car out still needing paint.
