It was a really nice surprise to have my car washed and detailed. I got another really nice surprise when I found out that my oil was changed too. This is why I only go to Lennox for my body work. I'm always treated great.

The truck looks great, but there are a few items that need attention.
- the passenger front door won't open from the inside
- the wrong (old) windshield wiper was put on the driver's side
- the left rear quarter panel was left smudged -like it was never touched
I am bringing in the truck next week to have the topper brake light lens installed and am sure these items can be resolved then

The hood is off by about ****/4 on hood and does not match to the rest of the vehicle. There is a scratch at the top left as well. Very disappointed as I don't have infinite amounts of time to bring my vehicle in and out to get it fixed correctly.

Everything looks great didn't notice one minor chip in the edge of the left rear door below existing scratch, might need a little touch-up paint.

I appreciate you cleaning my vehicle. There was a film/smudge on the inside of my windows. I assume it was from someone wiping the dash, etc with a dirty or wax-filled rag. A small complaint, but I had to take the time to wipe down all the interior windows. The vehicle exterior was clean, which I appreciate. The text notification function was pretty spam-feeling, but I understand the use and need. Overall a great experience. I'll refer folks.
