Scratch in new paint. Driver inside door panel possibly damaged, waiting to see if indentations come out (looks like some was closed between the door and dash and left there for a time). Something on hood that looks like dried wax or overspray in spots that won’t come off. Inside was very dirty when picked up. Vehicle is being brought back in **** Dec to be fixed.

First thing, this text messaging giving updates on the progress of your vehicle is an excellent idea and you should continue to offer it. Second thing, this is the second time this year I’ve had a vehicle repaired by your company. I had my Subaru Crosstrek fender bender damage repaired and now the hail damage on my wife’s Jeep. I inspected the repairs and your team did an excellent job. Your teams quality of work is superior and their customer service/communication made the experience the best it could be.
