Professional Collision did an excellent job repairing my Escape. It looked like a new car when I picked it up. Besides the paint match and the wheel repair looking perfect, the car was clean and polished, inside and out?
I also appreciated the email updates on their progress. The people who I dealt with, were professional, informative and friendly. They made every effort to make sure all my questions were addressed.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience even though I was not there by choice. The staff treated me very well, turning an unpleasant cause into a satisfying situation. The repaired were done well, and my car was returned to me in tiptop condition. The staff even handled the rental car procedure for me. Couldn't be happier.

From the first moment I entered the office I was met and treated very professional! The Geico rep(Mike) was very friendly and explained the entire process!
We were given email or text messages throughout the entire process to explain the level of completion and then they finished 2 days early!
The finish product was beyond expectations!! The paint match was perfect' to the very end we were treated better than ever before while dealing with vehicle and Insurance claims!!
