Professional Collision Tillman’s Corner

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use Professional Collision. Both times I have left feeling completely satisfied in the job that was done! I honestly don’t think I would trust my vehicle to anyone else. The staff has been amazing and so easy to worth with. I have recommended y’all to everyone I know!

I went to the Hwy 90 location. I appreciated the text messages during the process. They kept me aware and updated on the progress of the repairs. We have used this location twice in the past and will go there again if the need arises. The Schillinger Rd location was almost like they didn't want or need my business.

Just wanted to say thank you for putting my husband truck back together. And Life things happen and it good to know that we can depend on someone like you all to help us to recover from the damage. So BIG THANKS go out to you Professional Collision a job well done. Mr. & Mrs Watson

Estimate took way too long. Got an estimate from State Farm before I dropped my car off. Took five weeks to get the final estimate. Was told repair guy was off for family situation. I totally understand that things happen but should have a backup. Asked them to fix a chip on my hood where paint came off. Reminded them a couple of times in which they said of course no problem. Looks like they put white out or liquid paper on it. When I picked my car up no one made eye contact with me. Very sad customer service skills. Was supposed to get emails for status actually started getting them one month after I dropped my car off. When I complained about it was told they didn’t have my email address when I gave it to them the day I dropped my car off. Looks like they did a quality job however with the exception of repair of chip on hood. PC/Tillman’s Corner Makes plenty on jobs like mine they should invest in a backup repairman and amp up their customer relation skills. Also work on turn around time: know someone who didn’t use PC/Tillman’s Corner because their turn around quote time was too long (October 4th thru November 16th). Work done: repair on rear light/quarter panel passenger side.

Thank you so much for the great work you have done to my vehicle . It was a great experience after such a scary one with the wreak .. Just knowing my vehicle is safe again helps put my mind at ease .. great job !!
