Job well done. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Amy and Michelle were courteous, helpful and professional. I picked up my vehicle but returned shortly there after for a needed minor adjustment. No grumbling, no delay. Chris came right out and applied the fix right away. Aside from being involved in an accident it was an overall pleasant experience, great employees. OH! Being able to leave the rental there was great! Why doesn't everybody do that?

Completed much faster than expected with great results

This is my 3rd time coming in here since i'm so accident prone and this place has done such a great job! I just got my car back and it was even cleaned and smelled so fresh and that was such a nice gesture and really made my day! I appreciate everything this company has done for me.

Amy and Michelle were very kind, professional, and helpful. They always answered my questions and allowed me to check on the status of my car whenever I asked. Donnie did a wonderful job on fixing my car and went way over and beyond. He made sure all my old parts and new matched in color and look, all clips matched for ease of taking off parts in the future, and he aligned everything nicely. Great business with these guys. I highly recommend.

Professional Collision Navarre did a fantastic job repairing our 2016 Mazda3. My wife was involved in an accident caused by another vehicle crossing into her lane. No one was injured, but our Mazda sustained visible damage to the passenger-side front quarter-panel, side-view-mirror and front bumper. We picked Professional Collision Navarre because of location, but quickly discovered many more reasons. The facility is comfortable and well maintained. Michelle (CSR) greeted us with a warm smile, and explained the repair process. She provided us with a list of repair parts and the cost estimate. Not only that, but she sent timely email messages that kept us informed of the repair progress. We took our vehicle in for repair on 11 April, and repairs were completed on 25 April, one day before the estimated delivery date. You cannot tell the car was involved in an accident. They did an EXCELLENT job! We highly recommend Professional Collision Navarre!!

It seems that professional collision cut corners to get the job done. The quality is poor. The vehicle was returned dirty and there was no communication between us.

Professional Collision staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Loved the status updates that came via text, phone calls, and website. It took a little longer than anticipated but that was a vendor issue with part dwlivery. Would highly recommend them.
