From the time I dropped off the car for repairs to the time I picked up the car I felt like I was in good hands. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced. The staff is thourough and helpful.

Great service on time delivery excellent job!!

This is the second time I've worked with Fix Auto Beaverton, and both times I've had nothing short of excellent customer service and great results. The reason I returned for the second needed repair was because the first time, it looked as though my dashboard may have needed to be removed because mice got into my air vent system. That was going to cost quite a bit of money. Instead of doing that though, it was determined that the dashboard didn't need to come out and my bill was $9 for a replacement air vent cover. I was so impressed by the honesty, because they could have removed the dashboard, finding nothing, and I would have never known the difference, except in the bill. This time around, I got my car back much sooner than anticipated, and not only does it look beautiful, but the inside was completely detailed, which was desperately needed after many winter hikes in the mud. Hopefully I never need to use their services again, but if I do, I will definitely be back to this location.

I've used Fix before as it was recommended by my insurance. Now I specifically ask to use Fix when my car is damaged. The whole crew is so competent and kind. They are so efficient with their time and turnover of cars. Every employee is super helpful and are some of the sweetest people I've met. I recommend them to every person who needs help with their car.

Luis and Ian helped me out at the last minute - scheduling a same day appt. they managed to help solve the problem in few hours and were super helpful and friendly. They even washed my car afterwards! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
