I see what look to me to be some small blemishes in the finish along the edges of the bumper were it meets the body. A bit disappointing, but I accept it. Might try a different body shop next time.

Very thorough. Quality of work is top notch.

My only minor issue was that originally the service person stated the car might be ready by Wed, but more likely on Thurs. The car wasn’t ready until Friday late afternoon. That is not a big issue, it was a little disappointing

From the time I came in the first day to the day I picked it up Dylan and others I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The fact that you washed the truck including the door frames,and tires and washed the windows in and out made my day when I picked it up. It took away some of the sting of having the truck damaged when it was stolen. Only negative was I had understood that the parts would be in for work either on Friday 10 or Monday the 13th. Having not heard anything I called on Monday to see if the parts were in and you were ready to start. When I called I was told they were there and then we scheduled a time. I was just anxious and in a hurry to get the work done so I could get back to normal. To help with that one you should have called on Friday afternoon to let me know the parts are delayed so I could relax. This could have been my fault hearing what I wanted to. But as I said at the start getting a clean truck back with blacken tires and a clean windshield more than made up for it. You are my go to shop and my first recommendation to friends. Thanks
