When I picked up my car the job was not complete. The right fender and light were not replaced and the work done on the fender did not align with light and the bumper . After having my car for a week ... The attitude was you can bring it back , for the amount of time this is unacceptable

The staff was excellent. The end result of my service was excellent. My issue was with the time that was quoted and the time my vehicle was completed. I understand the nature of the business but the text updates were not consistent with the information I was getting from the person I spoke to. Overall I was satisfied but not completely... However, I would return there for service.

Eve is supposed to be remedying the situation tomorrow. I left it an extra day for an issue with the rear window which now won't close (& was sent home with it partly open), when I arrived it was covered in snow and cold (why not start it/clean it off esp since I called when I was on my way)? An alert light appeared in my dash and when I went back in, I was told it's low tire pressure and was supposedly on when I dropped it off? I don't think so...moreover, the gas light was on too & I definitely had gas when I left it! What most upsets me is the fact that I drove home on a flat tire unknowingly (as my rental was a Yukon so I assumed I just wasn't used to a smaller SUV...and the wheel flare that was supposed to be fixed was not tightened so there's a gap and it wiggles!!!! I finally reached someone who cared and they got me the Yukon back (even though enterprise claimed it was gone? This is just so ridiculous-ummm you had it for 3 ****/2 weeks?!?!? I burnt my dinner and got a migraine. NOT HAPPY!!!

All of the repairs related to my insurance claim were completed on schedule and as expected. When I brought my vehicle in, however, the staff told me they would buff out an additional scratch, as well as repair a hanging flap from the bottom of my vehicle. I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but when it was presented to me, neither of these two additional problems were even addressed. Though I was on a tight schedule, I waited for them to address the issues at that time. They brought the car back out and the scratch was buffed out beautifully, unfortunately the second issue (plastic dragging under car) was still not addressed. They brought it back in again and assured me the problem was fixed (which it appeared to be), but when I drove off the parking lot, the plastic panel began dragging below my car again. I understand that this problem was not in the original scope of work covered by the insurance, but I was told that it would be addressed and I feel that it was not done to my satisfaction. I had to leave as I am flying out to Europe for the week, but if you are willing to address this issue more completely, please feel free to contact me via email (as I will be abroad).
