The majority of the staff at Carubba Collision was very friendly and helpful. Overall they did a nice repair job on my vehicle. The repair seemed to take awhile to complete but this may be due to the availability of the parts coming in at different times. The only concern I had was receiving conflicting messages of when my car repair would be complete. I greatly appreciated the free rental. The main mechanic that assisted me throughout the process, Pete, was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire repair. Thank you Carubba!

I was told my car would be ready June 25th. I stopped receiving notifications about it on the 23rd. The only way I got any information about my car was if I called. I was told the 27th it was in detail and would be ready the next day. Called the next day to find out when I could pick my car up and they said they'd call me back. They texted me saying the due date was changed to July 1st. I hear nothing July 1st. Or 2nd. I get a call at 530 saying it's ready and can pick it up, I was told you close at 6...so thank you for leaving me enough time. So I went today (July 5th) and as soon as I saw my car I was unhappy. My entire hood was covered in swirls. Then, the bumper wasn't completely in all the way, and the hood was not centered, there is a gap on the right side. My bumper is also swirled, and I was told it was detailed. Not quite. Im a detail shop manager, so I was assuming a good vacuuming and wipe down of the windows. vinyl and plastic- it looks worse then when I brought it in. THEN I was told they were going to wash it for me before I left. They brought it back to me with not a single drop of water on it because it "was washed on Thursday", so Kelly, who was very helpful through all of this, washed it herself. So we made plans for me to bring it back Monday. I go to put my turn signal on and it didn't work. Along with the therometor. So I brought it back. A man name Adam told me "people make mistakes"- so everyone's mistakes for the week just happened to be on my car? Give me my car when it's actually finished this time. I can't believe I honestly paid for such terrible quality of work. I'm not taking my car home until I look it over with a manager. And if you could contact me on the correct number I gave which is ****-****-xxxx that would be fantastic, everything keeps going to the secondary number I gave. By far the worst customer service i have ever had and I hope that there is some way this company can change my mind. I'd be happy to fill this out again when my car is actually complete.

Customer service excellent however the actual repair/work was inferior. I had to bring my vehicle back due to chips in paint, and I may have to bring it back because the quick touch up was just that!

It was so well organized. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The mechanic who first looked over my car explained everything to me. Carubba had my rental car reserved and having it right there made it that much easier for me. Plus, I received updates by text message as the work progressed.
Finally, my car looks great. It was done ahead of schedule, and it was a fair price.
I wish I could get all car repairs done there.

When I went to pick up my vehicle the windshield was cracked and it wasn't that way when it was towed in. Also a pack of cigarettes was left inside the lift up console in my vehicle. I am a non smoker and don't allow anyone to in my vehicle.
