Carubba Collision - Buffalo

Tail lights were out. Went to Boston market on deleware and hertel had to get a jump to get the car home .almost was late for work . Was my money good?

Ordered my part 5 weeks ago no one called , I called today and it has been there. They put the mirror on, did not clean the car very un satisfied , been going there for years, never again calling the better business burea

Pete took good care of a bad situation with out communicating with every other person, he had complete to make everything run smooth.

****) We scheduled the repair date over a week in advance and when we arrived on that day, the rental car was not ready so we had to reschedule for the following day. 2) the pick up time was at 4pm on date that was given to us after the car was dropped off. On that particular date we went at 4pm to pick it up and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 2 days. It would have been nice to have been told this change in advance. 3) 45 minutes before the car was supposed to be ready on the revised date I called to make sure it would in fact be ready. The associate couldn't give me an answer because all customer svc reps were working with other customers. She then takes my cell phone number to call me back once she gets an answer but I never received a phone call. I showed up at 4:30 (30 min after the time it was scheduled to be ready) and it again, was not ready. 3) the side panel of my car was not completely buffed out and the window rattles when the door is slammed.
