We were told our car would be done in five days. 18 days later is when we got our vehicle back. No explanation on why it took more then two weeks to repair my vehicle. Also I would call got put on hold for 20 to 30 min also had one of your representatives hang up on me I will never ever bring my vehicle to your place of business. And I will never ever recommend your shop for any services my whole experience was awful. Never ever again will I ever use your shop or any of your other shops.

Very pleased with the experience. I never waiting more than 5 minutes at drop off or pick-up. You would never be able to tell I had an accident, and the inside detailing was the cherry on top.
