Great customer service, I'm glad I chose carubba collision ro repair my vehicle. I was provided with great customer service from the time I dropped off my vechile for repair to the time I picked up my vechile, Gabe and Phil kept me informed of my vehicles status every step of the way, they even cleaned my interior which was above and beyond their responsibilities. Based on her much-earlier experience, my wife had strongly recommended that I go straight to Carubba for my repair, and she was right! Gabe Karpati, your Guest Services Representative, was excellent. He listened to my concerns about the problem and its potential costs, he kept me up-dated as your team peeled-back the damage to identify all that needed to be done, he worked with the insurance adjuster to come to a good conclusion re how to proceed, and he kept me closely informed every step of the way. And the work was even completed several days earlier than I had anticipated! Perfect! And the car looks like-new! Thank you so much for an outstanding outcome in every respect!

I’ll start with my very first contact with your company. I spoke with Charlene. You’ve got the perfect person working your call center! I have NEVER felt so at ease in dealing with this kind of situation. I was having a rotten day, but Charlene had me laughing by conversations end. Commend her customer service and fantastic work ethic/attitude! Then, from Gabe to Ms Longo to the car rental to having my car back sooner than expected, I was made to feel like my business really mattered to them. They fully explained EVERYTHING, did excellent work, and like I said before, got my car finished ahead of schedule, all of which is completely unheard of these days. Most businesses treat customers with a rude attitude. Not yours. I’m going to definitely recommend your business to everyone that I know who needs a car repaired. Gabe was really polite when picking up my car and I'm glad you detailed the inside of my car

So the whole process was a nightmare. I called and spoke to Abdullah who informed me that all the parts were ordered and assembly was in proces and don't call us again we will call you. **** hr later I get a call saying saying that we just ordered the parts and won't be in until Monday deceptive call number **** deception number 2 was from Gabe saying my vehicle was in the reassemble process when it was actually complete. The vehicle sat in the same spot for 3 days. Vehicle was promised on on 13 January 2018. Picked vehicle up after delivery promised date 15 January 2018 with a scratch in the hood and the check engine light on. This was after the comprehensive QC process. Totally unsatisfactory and complacency.
