My overall experience during my car repair started as an absolute disaster. The lack of communication and confusion between the departments made things very difficult. The call center giving out completely incorrect information and only being able to reference a computer that may not be accurate which in my case never was gives off the empression that noone really knows what’s going on. Due to the wonderful professionalism and genuine compassion from the two staff members up front that would be the only reason I would ever consider returning to carubba collision for any type of car repair. Phillip and Melanie were absolutely wonderful! They turned a horrible experinace into an much better one. I hope that the hard work and wonderful costumer service that they provide does not go unnoticed.

This time wasn't my first experience with carubba Collision. My father's gone there after a fender bender. A good friend of mine has gone there after a deer vandalized her car. The workmanship and results look great! I was disappointed to notice that about $4 or $5 in loose change was missing; and based on my MPG indictor reading at 3.2mpg and the front and rear AC blowers on a high setting and the radio station set for a station I don't listen to, it appears that the engine was running for more than would seem reasonable or necessary to pull in and out of the shop. Hopefully I don't continue to notice any other missing items as time goes on.
