Our truck was ready a day early, which was nice. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiles & happiness! The gentleman behind the desk cashed me out, then proceeded to put on his hat and coat to walk me to my truck. He brushed the snow off for me, transferred over my groceries & belongings from the rental car, and took car of the rental car for me. Went way above and beyond!! He had his work cut out for him. Everything was smooth, working directly with my insurance.
