The repair and paint job was sufficient. However, when it came to the inside of my car, there was grease, dirt, and dust all over my leather seats. In addition, there are grease fingerprints all over the upholstery where they reinstalled the back window. That is totally unacceptable!

I was disappointed to find my gas tank totally empty when leaving, I had to stop for gas immediately. I've never let my gas go below ****/4 of a tank so I know it wasn't that empty when it arrived.

Had to wait 4 extra days to get my car back. When I picked it up, I was told that the doors were left open when they cleaned it and so my battery was dead, but they charged it. The stabilitrack light was on and it wasn't on when I dropped out off. When I called to tell them Jace was extremely rude and defensive. He kept saying that he doubted an oil change would cause my stabilitrack light to come on. But if my earning light want on before I left it, and out was on after I picked it up, obviously it happened during service. I called a second time and spoke with Ron in the recalls department and he told me to bring it in Saturday. I called and logged a call in to GM. I will be back in on Saturday and hopefully won't have to talk to Jace because he had no manners.

I was very excited to get my 2014 Subaru impreza back, upon me paying my insurance deductible I pulled out of the shop and noticed there were a few stains on my seats it looked like rust / dirt, I also noticed a dent with white paint it chipped my paint off on my rear passenger door. Also my car has less than 10k miles and I hit a curb sliding on ice I didn't have my car for two weeks and there is a lot of play in the steering wheel also the alignment or something is off because now the wheel constantly has to be turned slightly to the right to go straight.
