After several mechanical issues delaying delivery, the installer neglicted to reinstall the chip guard. I will have to return to the delearship.

The final work that was completed to my vehicle looks good and the repair team did a an overall good job. The issue I had was with communication at the beginning with a collision inspector that is no longer with the company. When I stopped in to get photographs the first time they did not enter my information and photos into the system before they left causing a two and a half week delay on my repairs requiring me to reschedule another inspection. The manager of the collision department apologized for this and provided great customer service, and in addition took 50 off my deductible which I am thankful for. The other issue I had was through the text messaging system that told me my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup on a Tuesday at 4:11 and I would receive a phone call if schedule would need to be updated . I left work early to go to the dealership expecting to pick my car up only to be notified that my vehicle was not finished, causing me to make another trip to the dealership, once again a major Inconvienence as it disrupts my time and schedule. Later that day I received a text at 4:50 saying my vehicle was being delayed, which would have been helpful to know before 4:11, and a phone call would've been nice. Overall if communication would have been more clear it would have been a normal experience, however the issues I mentioned above cost me additional time and money.

The dashboard has cuts and scratches all over it, and the glass wasn't vacuumed out. Also, the trim around the passenger portion of the windshield want properly installed.
