Not happy at all. In fact we were so unhappy we went to Brad Deery for a new car. It could have been you.

I was told it would take one day to get my truck back, when I called to pick it up, I was told they had problems and it would be done early the next day. It wasn't until about four the next day that I could pick the truck up. I was outside looking the truck over and found a new scratch left in the hood, and that the scratches in the side of the truck hadn't been buffed out. Alex from the detail shop took the truck right in and buffed the scratch out of the hood, and improved the scratch on the side, but the truck will need to come back to be wet sanded to completely fix the scratch on the side.. I am extremely impressed with Alex and the detail shop, but I am frustrated that the repair took twice as long as planned, that the entire repair didn't get done, and that I now need to bring good the truck back again to get it finished.

The body work was completed & looks great! I had also been having a problem with my navigation system & asked that it be looked at, but it wasn't. I was disappointed to have to schedule another day's worth of service.

We are done on time it looks great

This work was recommended by the Green GMC sales personnel when I purchased my new 2106 Yukon XL Denali to preserve the exterior finish and to protect the interior. I am very pleased to have had the Simonize done by your service department.

Staff in body shop office were short and not professional. They did not want to honor the warranty we purchased! We were told our car was done but it was not and no apology given! Very disappointed!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist me in using a loaner car and keeping up to date on my car and the repairs.
