Green Buick Collision Center

Over 2 weeks and car is still not ready. You should make sure that everything is fixed before making customers to come to get it, and it was very annoying to get a message that it was picked up while you gonna have it for 'unknown ' amount of time. This is THIRD time you will order parts for it, shame that other service shop has found what is need to be done. Nice people but not professional.

Very efficient, very friendly, easy to work with them. I didn't like having an accident but Green made it a very satisfying experience.

I have never been treated that good at any other dealership,as today,every one went out of there way ,for the best of service. Very pleased with the dealer ship.

Did an excellent job repairing my truck. Had a small issue with paint and was more than willing to correct it.

I have not been satisfied with the work and timing of work .we had to wait a week to bring the car in which had no driver window and other damage from a rock being thrown through the window.we were told that our vehicle would be done and cleaned of glass in the same day. Just to be told later in the evening it wouldn't be till the next day because they accidentally sent the glass for our window to the wrong place,then was told the next day it was going to take another day because the glass came in broke. Then when they said it was done and to come and get it,and we where told we will have to bring it back because there was another part that needed fixed.so after I bring my car home i noticed even more damage to the car that they did not see, and the only damaged they fixed was the damage that I said that I could see at the moment.there is still glass all over the car .now when I take it back I wonder how much longer I will be without a vehicle! I would also appreciate if you contact my husband Amos about the issues you can reach him at ****-****-xxxx.

Have to take the vehicle back in because the front driver side window isn't working.
