THERE IS A GAP OF ABOUT **** INCH AND A HALF LEFT BETWEEN THE REAR BUMPER AND THE BODY OF THE CAR. TOLD THEM AT THE TIME THAT I PICKED UP THE CAR. THEY SAID, " LET ME GIVE IT TO THE MECANIC TO ADJUSTED. THEY DID NOTHING. THEY GAVE IT BAC TO ME WITH THE SAM PROBLEM. I SAW THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY WHEN I SAW THE CAR AFTER REPAIR. ON THE STREET WHEN I SEE A TRUCK LIKE MINE THE REAR BUMPER IS VERY ATTACHED TO THE BODY. MINE IS NOT.I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THAT. ALSO WITH THE SCREEN THAT SAYS THE TEMPERATURE AND THE HORIZONS BY THE MIRROR IS NOT WORKING. THAT WAS LEFT LIKE THAT FROM THE PREVIOUS REPAIR.I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT THING WAS BURNED BY A SHORT. I EXPLAINED TO THEM ABOUT THE ACCIDENT AND THEY SAY IN THE IMPACT SOMETHING HAPPENED THAT CAUSED THE SHORT. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THOSE (2 THINGS FIXED PLEASE IN ORDER TO BE HAPPY) ****)THE GAP BETWEEN THE REAR BUMPER AND THE BODY. 2) THE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT TELLS THE TEMPERATURES AND HORIZONS. From your office staff, to your branch manager all were respectful, courteous, patience Contacted me as to when my car would be ready and when I would be picked up Everything was completed on time and your Branch manager did the satisfied with the repairs walk I was throughly pleased and impress with the repairs along with the courtesy wash
