I was told that the insurance company would be contacted to get them to mail the check to Pacific elite. Based on that I turned in my rented vehicle. When I stated that i was picking up my vehicle I was told the check was mailed to me and i had to pay the amount due. I went to get the vehicle rented back, but it was already closed. I had to get an uber to get home. It is bad customer service to state that something is going to be done and not due it.
