9 days for diagnostic check. The accident caused damage to my rear right tire and alignment was off. I paid for alignment and tire. Scratches on the hood of my vehicle that were not there before. Customer service is poor. I would call to find out the status of my vehicle and no returned calls. Disappointed about my service this time around.

My car is repaired satisfactory

WHEN I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR REPAIRS THE MAN DIDNT EVEN SPEAK TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING HE JUST TOOK THE CLIP BORD AND WENT OUTSIDE AND MADE HIS INSPECTION OF DAMAGE S TO MY JEEP, I WAS AT THE COUNTER CHECKING IN AND THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR WERE NO ALL FIXED, I Eventually talk with another man there who called me about the repairs and told me something's an Irish playing to him that the other guy who cook the estimate never talk to me he says I'm sorry he no longer works here and I have to take over now then that's when I explain to him you are not looking at all the damages that were made and done to my car so he had to make a nother report to the insurance company who in turn had him go ahead with some more work being done to my car jeepney I have a keep the whole experience was not what I expected from an insurance company I will never again hopefully have to take a car mine or anyone car to Mercury to get it repaired Pacific delete I'm sure not Pacific delete this cific I really like is it Pacific ELITE OK when I Put up my Jeep when it was ready it was very clean it had been washed and everything which I am very appreciative to but the work was not to my liking at all I am just grateful to God that I was not injured in this accident but I am very dissatisfied with the work that was done all my Jeep and where was time for me to get My Rental car from enterprise they were not one time at all the company at elite had to call and see what was going on I had already registered a time for a rental But they were not there at all it was a around by closing time or whatever and The young man that was there it was time for him to leave but he still stuck around and made sure I got a over to take me to Enterprise way away from their way to for I did not understand what was going on I have an Uber to take me to enterprise law Sienna go boulevard what, The whole being was not pleasant I'm sorry
