Hello, I'm writing this message because I've noticed a few issues with car I picked up after having repairs done. There appears to be a cracking noise on the right front side of the car where repairs were made. Another thing I noticed is that my display inside of the car is showing a blank screen. The cause of it could probably be a disconnection of cables or something of that sort.

It is the first time I had ever used Pacific Elite Collision, but the work was done rapidly, and complete. They kept me updated on the progress of my GMC, and the office staff was very courteous, and the claims representative was knowledgeable, and customer care apeared to be the facilities number one priority. I have not experienced that kind of concern in many years. Thanks for the experience.
