Although the repair work was good the car took three additional days longer than was promised which cost me time and considerable amount of money due to not being able to use my car for work. Also the spare tire was not secured after it was placed into the trunk and was bounced around after driving over a speed hump which startled my kids.

Very great job done in fixing up the damage back of my car. I am so amazed and loved seeing the entire car being very clean inside and out. This company has such greatbemployees! Already passed onto my boyfriend to brining his RV Van to have his damaged all fixed up.

Wonderful service! Great getting updates via text messages, and George did a wonderful job in getting my Jeep done two days earlier! We shared with him that we have a wedding to go to on Saturday and originally the Jeep was going to be done by 5: 30pm the day before, so we were nervous with the timing. George made it happen and we got the Jeep back two days earlier.... Wonderful service!!!

First, I don’t appreciate my stuff being rummaged through while my vehicle is in your possession. Nothing was missing to my knowledge but I am offended that anyone would look through my storage compartments and tamper with my coin container. Finally, the repair I take issue with. There were little scratches that were there prior to and unrelated to the accident but I wish I was given the option or opportunity to pay for that repair of the entire bumper since I was informed the damaged area was spot repaired, blended and the whole bumper including the prior scuff and scratches were clear coated over. To me that is an incomplete repair or a poorly finished repair. Granted it costs more money in labor and material but to clear coat over existing damage does not sit well in terms of quality. I was told this shop does great work and I was recommended by the insurance company. I disagree completely. I am not at all impressed. I wish I could’ve taken it to the preferred shop USAA recommended.

The back bumper of my Kia Soul definitely looks as good as new! It was also done in a timely fashion. I loved the fact that I was updated through text messages letting me know the progress of my vehicle. Staff was friendly and helpful!
