Problem with repair will call myself.

Thank for making my car like new again!

Work was not QC'd before being provided to the owner, me. Door was not 100% assembled, Window did not roll up or down properly, and door did not lock properly. I am currently awaiting Pacific Elites response to these issues understanding that some may be a manufacturer defect. Communication with the entire staff has been great throughout my repair.

The staff was friendly, answered all my questions. The repair was faster than anticipated. I feel comfortable taking my car to Pacific Elite again.

While I was satisfied with most of the service, there were a few areas that need improvement. ****) the interior of the car was dirty (brake pedals covered in white chaulky substance and vacuum covered in sanding dust). 2) the rear left light should have been buffed to remove the clear coat as per the estimate however it was not done and not caught. 3) the satellite radio antenna was broken off, when I brought it to the managers attention he stated that his detailed had an accident with it and told him (that's great that the employee told the manager, but why didn't the manager tell me? I,had to find it broken and ask the manager). 4) the paint job was done pretty well, however there was still on area of blemish that needs to be buffed out. Overall I was a little disappointed that these items were not caught before it was handed over to me, however the rest of the job seemed to be done correctly.

Car seems to be pulling to the right

Pacific Elite Collision has a team of all knowledgeable individuals who work hard and try to answer all your questions (and the ones they don't know they make sure to direct you to the best person who may). They kept me updated via text and phone calls regarding the status of my car, which I loved since I'm a busy person and don't have a lot of time to make phone calls myself. My car at the end looked brand new and even when I was out the door they still examined my car to double check everything looked correct! Thank you Pacific Elite Collision!

The entire crew at Pacific Elite is amazing. They work diligently and efficiently to make sure the customer's experience is as seemless as possible. I worked specifically with Saul who was very accomadating and entirely transparent about the work to be done. The work on my car was impeccable. I have no complaints.
