Replace your trailer with a real building and have a receptionist. Everyone is always working on their computer and it takes a while for them to help or acknowledge you. The work was excellent . The employees are pleasant and knowledgeable but too busy.

I know the damage was extensive but I really didn't think it would take as long to repair. At first the text I got said the car would be completed by March 27 and today is April 17 when I finally got it back.

I was not told before hand the price of the light bulb. 43 is a little ridiculous and I should have been called before hand. When I asked what kind of oil you use I was unable to get an answer. I was told I don't know. I pay 400 a month for my car when I ask I deserve an answer. I will not be bringing my car back for an oil change. I'd rather take it to a place that actually knows what they are using. Honestly you should be embarrassed to not be able to answer such a n easy question.

The car was there for several days before I was even contacted to sign a form allowing the car to be put on the lift. It hadn't even been looked at yet, which was confirmed after I caught the **** the phone in a lie. She said they had looked at the body and had a partial estimate. When I asked how much it was, she quoted me the insurance adjuster's quote, which she admitted to when questioned. Once the car had been looked at, the full quote received, and the manager took over, all went smoothly.
