No, they over promised and under delievered Took several days longer than estimate Where not clear about what exactly I was getting forgot what I paid for Left marks on my existing paint Rude on phone and not quick to return phone calls When I asked about additional work, they did not take me serious and gave me an inflated BS quickie estimate about my other problem areas All in all, I as a customer am dissapointed Espically from the additional damage done to my existing paint When I picked up the vehicle I noticed my door jams and steering wheel cover was removed and tossed in the back seat for some reason Also upon picking up no one went over all the work done Not once did I speak with Daniel Job looks okay but doesn't make up for lack of other services and new damage done to my car Dissapointed 808/635/1099 Jackson K

I was very happy how promptly Next Level finished my truck. However- I was disappointed with the scratches on my tinted window and dark dirt fingerprints on the interior roof above both the drivers side and passengers side doors! There were also dark fingerprints on the safety handle near front of passenger door! Since it is a brand new truck-these are details which I feel should have been cleaned up before declaring the job complete. Daniel and Kristen were very helpful and nice!
