Instead of fixing any dings they sprayed right over it so it’s looks really bad. Lots of bumps. Supper disappointed! I’m not body worker but even I can see what should have been preped and sanded down before they sprayed. Wish I could’ve said something nicer because the owner was really nice.

I really appreciated the updates and the team’s efforts to facilitate the repair as quickly as possible. If I can make a suggestion: I would have appreciated the earlier information that there was a delay in getting insurance approval for the repair so I could address that issue with the insurance company. Once the approval was given, MS Auto was very good at keeping us informed of progress.

From the moment I brought my car in for am estimate, it was a pleasant and painless experience. Estimator, Chad Kunitake was professional, pleasant, and patient. I really appreciated the texts & especially the personal phone calls regarding the status of my car and completion of job. Getting one's car repaired after a fender bender is not a pleasant thing, but MS Auto & staff made it an experience that was more bearable.

Aloha, I would like to say, from the moment we entered into MS Auto Repair shop office, we were treated with great customer service. Everything was explained to us regarding what was going to be done to our Kia Soul. I had concerns about the matching color of my car, but my fears were put to rest. I really appreciate all that was done in a timely and efficient manner. The owner, Manuel came and introduced his self to us on our first visit and reiterated what was going to be done. My husband and I felt our Kia was in very qualified hands. Mahalo Plen'y MS Auto for making our experience "painless". Job well done!!!

It appeared that you have a full staff of competent people in the office area. However both times I was being helped at the front desk the staff member answered the phone and left me standing while they talked to another other customer. I thought that someone else could have taken the call or the call could have been placed on hold. I would say complete satisfaction would have been one person helping me without interruption.
