I didn't get an explanation as to what work had been done. I had requested daily text updates, but only received them when the vehicle was received, when the work was completed, when the vehicle had been picked up, and when I was asked to take a survey. I asked for pricing and information on having the vehicle detailed, but no one contacted me. I tried to pick up the vehicle in Saturday morning, but it turns out the collision center was closed, even though the body shop page on your website says open from 8:30-6:00 on Saturdays. The service department was unable to access my paper work and vehicle, so I had to wait until the following Monday. I had to reschedule the drop off date for the vehicle due to a last minute travel change, which pushed the work back three weeks. I'm not sure anyone looked into the rough start of the engine that began after the accident. The first time I cranked it up, it still seemed to be pretty rough. I have not driven the vehicle since we picked it up.

Said they couldn't see the front bumper as being crooked. I can fit my hand in a gap on driver side but barely fit my finger tips on the passenger side. I guess I need to contact State Farm? Other than that, the repairs are excellent, truck was returned in less than one day!! Amazing. I only wish all damage was found and repaired.

Todd is the best in the industry. I completely trust him with all of my jeeps. Honest, trustworthy, and I know the job will be done right the first time to perfection. Couldn't ask for a better body shop than Hayes.
