I appreciated the friendliness and thoughtfulness in keeping in touch with me prior and during service. I was amazed that Edwin and Abraham remembered repairing my husband's car years ago.
Ace was in touch with my insurance company and I did not have to explain from one to the other.
The car was returned, washed, clean and driving like what it is, a brand new car.
I hope I won't have to but I would use them again but will certainly recommend them to others.

When I was coordinating the pickup of my repaired car, I was told by the Ace Tech Team to arrive promptly at 5 PM to pickup my car on 2/19/18. I arrived early to return my rental to Hertz, but when I arrived at Ace Tech, I was told my car would not be ready for at least another 40 minutes. That was at about 5:06 PM on 2/19/18.
Truth be told, it's not the end of the world; I can wait a little longer, but this mistake or miscommunication left me without any transportation and I had no choice but to stay and rearrange my plans for that evening which was super frustrating. I did not get into my car until 6 PM.
When my car arrived, it was immediately apparent that the most major of all the repairs (the smashed in back window) was done incorrectly. My back window was tinted, just like the back seat windows on the driver and passenger sides. This is something I went over in the initial inspection. I asked that Ace Tech please take a look at the tinting that was attached to the broken glass on the back window and to try to find as close a match as possible. When my car was brought around at 6 PM on 2/19/18, they had installed a back window with absolutely no tinting.
This has already been such a long and stressful and trying and emotionally taxing process.. to be told by Ace Tech to arrive at 5, and then to be then told that I will have to wait an additional 40 to 50 minutes, only to pay $500 for repairs that were done incorrectly was just awful. I cannot emphasize ho frustrating it felt to be ready for this whole process to be completed to then pay $500 and walk out to those repairs.
To the credit of Ace Tech, the other repairs looked great and I am told that they are happy to fix the mistake with the back window, but that also involves me taking a half day off from work and losing even more money as a result. That just ****. In addition, because of this mistake and due to the fact that I was told that my car was ready, I returned my rental. I will now be without a rental for however long it takes for the error to be corrected. The situation itself and the process itself has left me very upset and feeling just awful.
