Overall great experience, car looks good! Issue: the hydrolic supports on the hood are not functioning and do not hold the hood open as they should. Ill look forward to hearing back to get it fixed. Thanks! Jason

I was not told that I was getting a new tire on top of the repairs I dropped my truck off for, which were covered by Farmers Insurance. While I the new tire was possibly necessary for the completion of repair, I was NOT told during my estimate that the cost would not be covered by insurance. This is not Farmers or my responsibility, but Ace-Tech's alone. No one told me about replacing my tire nor that I would pay extra on top of my insurance deductible. A courtesy call BEFORE putting a new tire and charging me would have been appreciated.
