I noticed a door dent on the right side passenger door. That door dent was not there prior to taking it to your shop because my car was brand new. I had the car for a week prior to getting into a minor accident. And prior to taking it into Ace. Other than that, I would have been 100% satisfied.

The entire service I received from Ace Tech was great! No wonder they come highly recommended by most. The staff are very pleasant and they make a horrible situation, like as a automobile accident, making the resolution of the matter easy and less stressful. Agus was awesome, the Enterprise rental car assistant was great, and my car was repaired in an instant. Hopefully there are no more auto incidents I have to experience, but I'm confident that if the issue was to come again they're companies like AceTech to make you feel at ease.

I enjoyed doing business with your shop - its very well organized, clean, and its definitely different, I've been to many body shops in my life, but NONE like this one, its a prototype for how all shops should be put together, and even though I didn't have to pay for my repairs, the price was unbelievable,most shops out there try to get rich on every deal, and they wonder why they don't get referrals or repeat customers,keep it going you will be #**** in L A for many years. It was a pleasure!
