You guys do superb body work and, my car is always detailed when I pick it up.

Everybody was nice. Nice is good. I had to leave my car with you for twelve days. I know how long it was because I was suffering through a very unpleasant driving experience with Hertz. The men who work there were troopers. They tried to be positive and friendly but, in the end, there was nothing they could do to save the experience. Check in at 8:30am. Sit for 25 minutes watching theses guys sweat because they didn't have any cars and neither did the other locations judging by the nonstop phone calls from other shops begging for cars. Eventually, I was told I was being driven to another location to pick up a car. About a 25 minute drive later, I picked up my Nissan Maxima. Wow! What a tin can. It would have been nice if they it had washed it. I drive a lot I'm sure I put 700-800 miles in that freakin tin can. So, they are a reflection of you whether you like it or not. They need to have cars on the premises, clean. And, nice! American cars with substance. Like my car. But, you guys were great. You stayed late on Saturday so I could pick up my car. Thank you. I really appreciate it.
