The car looks fantastic and Ken was excellent to work with. The status calls he provided were outstanding and much more useful than what seemed to be automated emails that were mostly vague and/or inaccurate. For example one said "Your Toyota is looking good!" while they hadn't even ordered the parts yet. Funny stuff! Not a big deal at all however as Ken's accurate and informative status calls more than compensated.

To whom it may concern,
I'm moderately dissatisfied that a defective aftermarket mirror was installed on my vehicle and at the wait time to have the defective part replaced. The replacement driver side mirror was defective in both reflective surface and the motor, which started failing the second day I got my vehicle back. It would have been nice to have an appointment created upon verification of the defective mirror to complete it's replacement, but at this point I am being told it will be about another week before my vehicle can be seen, even though the replacement part has already been obtained by Abra. That leaves me driving for about one and a half to two weeks with the defective mirror. Driving with the defective reflective surface makes checking traffic for lane changes more dangerous, as the reflected image is distorted and disorienting to look at. Other than this issue, Ken at Abra has been helpful and nice to talk to, and the body and paint work to my vehicle looks good. This being the second time I've used Abra, my overall feeling is that I'm satisfied with the service and quality, but I found this issue too significant to leave unaddressed. I realize I have no basis for comparison (e.g. the level of service and quality at other repair facilities), so if I am being unrealistic or unreasonable in my expectations of Abra's service I am happy to discuss more in person.
