On 3/13/2019 I arrived to pick up my vehicle. A estimate writer had a jumping cable battery box in his hand assisting a guy with a Maserati getting a jump to battery. My driver door was dinged by the Maserati which the Abra worker tried to wipe the area which cannot be done as a little chip of paint came off.When a customer vehicle is still at Abra and the customer has not picked up there vehicle it's still Abra responsibility to make sure no additional damages are caused to the vehicle. My vehicle was parked very very close to the Maserati which Abra needs to understand a repaired vehicle should not be near any vehicles or objects once repaired. Nationwide trust you all to take care of there customers which in this case did not happen. I informed Chris that my vehicle needed to be moved before the Maserati door was open. Once again my vehicle should have never been parked very very close to the Maserati and this issue would have not happen.

Steve was excellent. He kept me updated every step of the way. Definitely made me feel comfortable leaving my car at Abra.

The ABRA team did an exceptional job restoring my vehicle to pre accident condition! The level of quality was second to none. Everyone should be proud of the level of professionalism and workmanship at this location! Thank you for making this process so easy and seamless!

The communication was excellent throughout the process and everything from lining up the rental car to getting my car back was seamless. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Communicate,communicate, and here is just one more additional idea. Communicate! I left multiple phone numbers, email & yet somehow that was lost on your staff. No before pictures, not a single update, or notice as to progress of the vehicle. Not one person on your staff one mentioned a dent on the side of the vehicle. Your work was great but your service would make me never want to do business with Abra again.
