Steve was very thorough explaining the full process that would occur and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with everything being done to my car with promote updates by phone. Diane at the front desk was also very helpful in the beginning helping me to understand the arrangements between Abra and the insurance company which put me at ease.

Not only am I satisfied with my experience at ABRA, but I am highly impressed and have already told several people how happy I am with it. Steven provided excellent communication, customer service and showed immense professionalism. So did the front office staff. I was communicated with well every step of the way, and was called in to take a look at what was going on before the body work was done. They completed the work quickly, and accurately, and it looks to me even better than it did before. They also washed my car as a part of state farms select service package. Honestly, I don't think my car has EVER been that clean, or cleaned in such a detailed fashion. Windows, mirrors, spotless. Shiny paint job. It looked like a brand new car when I drove it off the lot. I am highly highly satisfied with every part of the experience: the way I was treated as a customer, the communication level, the outcome of my car, and their ability and flexibility to give my car what it needed, and the quickness of the return of the car. When a business does their work in excellence you can tell. ABRA on Mint Street is definitely one of those businesses.

The staff was extremely helpful and considerate.

As far as the repairs go it looks as good as the showroom night. The only.issue I have is when I dropped it off **** of my bottom fog lights didn't work, now both don't work. Could be a blown fuse I don't know. But other than the fog lights not working everything is fine. Please Contact me about this issue Rahshon G
