Everything about my experience was great! Erin and Shawn keep me updated throughout the repair, which by the way only took 2days. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

Erin was absolutely great! I can see that she has to juggle a lot but she made my experience stress free and she was amazing at advocating for me to ensure that my car got back to its original condition. I truly feel that she went above and beyond to ensure that she did an excellent job! I also want to say that I observed her maintain professionalism with a extremely difficult customer and she never allowed that to interfere with how she treated me and that was greatly appreciated. You truly have a wonderful employee in her. Last but not least Erica the receptionist is a hoot! Her personality kept me laughing throughout picking up my vehicle! I love your establishment and I plan on continuing to use you when the unfortunate happens!!! I am completely satisfied with my service and the restoration of my car as it is brand new and you can’t tell I was ever involved in an accident.

We were just happy to get our truck back after one day shy of two weeks. There was a minor issue that my husband spotted but it was quickly fixed.

When walking into the establishment I felt uncomfortable especially when it takes someone to greet you. If I were paying for the service I would have walked out. Once the process started it went smoother, the technician was very friendly which made me more comfortable with Abra. They kept me up to date. When I came to pick it up, the same experience mainly with the younger African american rep. She is not pleasant at all. I thank you for completing the work needed.

Customer service was fantastic everybody was very professional friendly to work was done in a timely manner was kept up to date the only issue is the Enterprise people which were not very friendly and not very accommodating seemed like they were having a long day and with an attitude
