Thanks to all the guys at abra for a job well done on my tundra I was very satisfied with the great work as well as Steve keeping updated daily on the progress of my truck.

Everything looked great but the light on my gear shift isn't lighting up so I can see what gear in in at night. Other than that everything seems to be alright. Great customer service. Everyone was kind and courteous.

Extremely professional, and high level of attention and outstanding customer service.

ABRA did a great job

Coordinator keep me timely informed on the repair progress and answered any and all questions. He ( MR Hammonds) stayed after hours so I could pick up my car after 5:30. Would whole heartedly recommend your company to others!!

The hood is terrible bubbling paint and chips. The passages front door whistles. The stereo was not set back in the dash flush. The light sensor for the auto dimming feature on the dash is missing the dome. The car is full of dust. I should have gone to Cornelius Paint and Body. Very disappointing.

Pretty much delt with Steven DeVore. Very nice guy and did whatever it took to make us happy. Good body shop as far as paint. We would recommend ABRA. Thank you for making this accident easier as far as fixing the SUV in a timely manner. ????????

Very nice folks. I was updated every day, that was great. Car looks very good.

Repairs were quick, got my car back before the estimated return date.

Vehicle was estimated to be completed by 10/22-10/23 and I received a message on 10/20 that it was ready for pickup. Very pleased.

After returning my vehicle to ABRA to adjust the steering, it was determined that there was a slight misalignment. The slight misalignment caused a great deal of bouncing /play in steering. I understand this was not completed at ABRA but an outside business. While ABRA heckled the steering, I was given a rental that was equivalent to my car, a Ford Edge as well. This was greatly appreciated! Otherwise, I have been satisfied with my car repairs at this time. Of course I don’t anticipate any concerns. I had great assistance and updates from J. T. Hammonds. J.T. was always gave me email updates and was there to answer any questions. Also Robert Gaines offered me an opportunity to stop in to see the additional damages that required repairs. Both went above and beyond as I had lots of questions. ???? The repairs took a great deal of time, some related to the insurance adjusters and a few parts had to o be reordered. I feel the additional damage found was the cause of the lengthy repair time.

Communication from everyone I encountered was top notch. Thanks to the team for a job well done and on schedule. We also appreciated the cleaning of our vehicle's interior, which was a nice touch and surprise! I will enthusiastically recommend ABRA to friends in need of auto body repair!
