It took 4 weeks. I got zero updates (I had to call everytime to get update and never got the call back that was promised) in those 4 weeks. You made me pick up my car 20 miles away when I have an Abra **** mile from my house and after all that you gave me my truck back on empty! Awful experience especially when I was very clear that I didnt have a rental car which made my life very difficult for 4 weeks
