We were called at 5:12 pm on friday 13th and told carcwas ready for pick up. Daniel said they would bevthere until 5:30 or for us to pick up by 12:00 saturday. This is sure to cause problems with car rental. Also keyless entry button on repaired door is not working

Best customer service ever! Heather and Jerru were more than accommodating to help me. Jerry even waited for me after normal business hours because I was held up at Enterprise. They made the whole experience less troublesome.

Everyone was great. Service was prompt and on time. Only complaint I have is that I had requested to keep my windshield as it only had a minor flaw. Car was on time and looked good, but your glass department now say they didn't take it. It wasn't thrown out, but is gone.

I was completely happy with my experience. I had gone to many places to get different opinions before getting my car fixed and Daniel Halk was the most helpful person I had talked to. He seemed to really care about getting the problem fixed with my door handle. I took my car at 8 this morning and it was done by 10:30. Quality work, done very fast and was very affordable!
