I asked to be given feedback and kept up to date because I had a personal commitment which made the repairs time sensitive. I called to ask about the status of my repairs and was promised a call back. I NEVER got that call. Everything looks okay at this point. We shall see. I am pleased that the repairs were done in a timely fashion, but I was not called when my parts were on site. The repairs could have begun two days earlier if I had been informed as soon as the parts were on site.
