Everything was great as usual. I will never take my cars anywhere else. Serena is fantastic and Lauren is always cheerful. They even decorated the inside of my daughter's car before I picked it up because they knew it was her birthday!!!

I had my rear bumper repaired at Fix Auto Escondido and my point of contact was Curtis E. Everyone there was so professional and friendly! Curtis made sure my car was done quickly and gave me daily updates via text, which I truly appreciated!! My bumper turned out perfect and although I hope I don’t need them anytime soon I definitely wouldn’t mind doing business with them again!! Thank you Curtis for making a stressful time a little easier to handle :)

I have a couple issues I was not happy with putting a used headlight on my right side of the pickup I would have put two new ones on the left side so they would all be new The new tire is out of balance

Extraordinary customer service from the first contact through completion. In 4 decades+ of driving, I’d never been in an accident that required body work. I’d heard horror stories about how difficult insurance transactions could be but this was the opposite. The team at Fix Auto, Enterprize and Geico were incredibly professional. I was very impressed!
