The work done to the Jeep was great. Joey kept me updated on the progress. My only complaint was when I picked it up. It was pouring down rain and I really wanted to wait until the next morning. Even though he said I could wait, I felt his tone really wanted me to come get it. No one showed me the Jeep so I could not not really inspect it due to the pouring rain. Then It was parked where it was very hard to get out. I've had repairs at another dealership where they pulled it under a covered area and walked around with me to inspect.

Shelly Perterson is such an asset to Classic!! She is knowledgeable and so helpful! She returned calls quickly and assisted us in many assets of the experience. She is a gem and we were so pleased to work with her!! The repairs turned out beautifully and looked like brand new and quickly! Thank you for all the help. The young girl in the rental was very efficient and very nice to deal with. Didn't get her name but she is very nice also. The whole bad experience of the accident was made very nice thanks to your employees!!
