It was a pleasure having my car repaired at Duncan Auto Body. I was kept informed about every step of the way, from the estimate, to frequent progress updates, to the beautiful completed job.

Everyone seemed to want to do everything they could to commodate me. My csr Looked better than it did before I brought it in, inside and out. The only area that I feel was different than my first experience was I would receive daily text messages saying my car would be ready at an estimated time and date. Each day, as it came close to that estiamated time, I did not get an update, so I would call only to find out that my car was not ready. Sometimes I was calling close to pick up time. This happened a few days in a row.

I thought you were also going to buff out the scratches on the right rear panel and touch up the deep scratch on the right rear under the trunk. Otherwise, great job in remarkably short time. Also, the car was meticulously cleaned.

This was probably my 3rd time having my car repaired at Duncan and it was truly a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone'.

I really appreciate the way the office staff and the mechanic kept me informed about my car using text messages. The staff were also great with dealing with the insurance company. My car looks perfect!
