I've used your company a few times and have always been happy with the service and the actual repair work. I still feel the same BUT there was a mix up with when my car was ready and I received a call back later in the day(which I didn't pick up the message until I left work) that my car wasn't ready. I had already rescheduled an important meeting to another day that wasn't as convenient for me, had to find someone to cover me since I had to leave early. There were multiple things I had to do to be able to leave early that really info veined me and others. May seem like a small thing but the experience had a little more hassle with it than ever before. I also feel like the front bumper piece isn't tight where the pieces connect. I had no time to wait to see if they could so I left with that on my mind also. I've had far more very positive experiences with your and will continue to come there when needed. I just hope this situation was a fluke. Thank you. Kathleen K

You guys are the best!! I talked to the same two guys both times I went in (Anthony, and another guy who never really had to deal with me), and both of them were super awesome. Always friendly and efficient and willing to deal with my stupid questions. I loved my rental car but you guys were super fast about getting my baby (1999 honda civic) back to me as quick as possible. This is honestly the best place I have ever taken my car in the two years that I have been driving. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend you guys to friends. Your service was a perfect 10 :)

Good communication from staff and through text messages. Perhaps a bit too many text messages. No need to send the same message the next day again if nothing has changed. The work done to the car itself looks great. 100% satisfaction.

The staff was very friendly. I really appreciated the courtesy car ride home when I dropped off my vehicle, and the courtesy car ride to the collision center when my car was ready. The technicians did an exactly job. My car looks fantastic!
