Dust nibs had to be sanded out because I called attention to them when I arrived to pick my car up, and there is still at least one there. Detail of car was sloppy. Mats were wet, car was wet on exterior, and interior was not wiped down.

The work done by fix auto looks good. I picked up the car yesterday (9/27). However, I rate service as 9 out of 10. Lost one point because went to pick up the car on 9/27 and I had noticed that my rear tail light wasn't fixed; the fix auto team missed that repair. The fix auto team had already ordered the part, but forgot to fix the rear tail light. They immediately went to replace the part, however I had to wait an extra 15 minutes at the fix auto office for the team to do the labor. Other than that, no issues. Thanks team.

I didn't feel I was properly appraised and kept up to date on the progress. After two weeks, I had to call to find out. Then, I felt when I did so, there was a lot of scurrying and a sudden effort to get the job done simply because I called to make the inquiry.
