Mark was great and helpful, and even had info about insurance, and everything. When there was an issue with the email he did what he could to push the car along and get it done fast which I really appreciated. There was a frustrating issue where I guess the email system sent out the wrong emails at the wrong time which caused me to rearrange my schedule to get my car which was no longer available. I understand it was a email issue, but it was still frustrating. The most frustrating thing was the lady at the front desk, she never said her name so I’m not positive who it was, but on multiple occasions I asked for a return phone call for an update on my car, which I never received. In addition, she was who I spoke to multiple times that said my car was on track to be done on Monday same as the emails, when that clearly was not the case. She also wouldn’t go out of her way to get me information if mark was unavailable to give me an update. I spoke to her atleast twice about my frustration around not getting the returned phone calls she said she would provide which made it even more frustrating because I kept having to stress to her what I needed from her.

Need to work on the communication of the status of repairs. However, the quality of the work is great and the repairs were done within the time frame given to me.

The back of my car looks great, but the trunk won't open. I can hear the latch clicking when I try to open it, but it won't release & open.
