No need to contact- I was overall satisfied, my only concern was not understanding the timing of the repair well- my car was with Fixx for 9 business days, I had expected it to be shorter and I didn't find the auto updates on repair status to always be helpful.

I was frustrated with the process when I would call and they would say they would call back after a meeting for instance and they didn't . I was trying to plan a pick up time with my daughter. I understand things happen but when you say I'll call you back please do so in a timely manner even if you don't have an exact answer. Good business .
