I did have one small issue crop up regarding my passenger door mirror. I called on Monday and came in over my lunch hour to have it looked at. Within 15 minutes I was on my way with the mirror fixed (just a small issue with how the glass was installed so it was fixed right away.) The paint and body work done is perfect and everything looks great.

The repairs done to my 2010 Cadillac DTS Class 2 Luxury were done to my expectations and in the time expected. They and my Insurance, State Farm, worked together at getting my car repaired and set a rental up while my car was in for repair. Since my color is "Ocean Pearl" I was really pleased to see that the paint matched. My car looks like it did when I bought it new. I would recommend them to anyone who own a Luxury car that needs body repair.

I am totally satisfied with my car and the service to my car. I'm unsatisfied with the customer service upon pick up. I didn't get any idea/information on when my van would be ready for pick up until the day of it being ready which happened to be on Friday. So I couldn't change my current schedule last minute to pick up my van...which meant that I had to wait until Monday morning to pick it up. Which meant that I had to keep my rental car for 2 more days paying the rates for it. Then when I went to pick up my car, apparently I forgot to bring the check that the insurance company gave me so I had to go back home and change the rest of my work schedule again to bring this check back again because they wouldn't take a personal check and they would charge me 4% interest if I used my visa card. The check was made out to me so it would have made sense to just keep and deposit the check and write you guys another new check so that I wouldn't have to go out of my way again to go back home and to change my work schedule around again moving current patients off my schedule to make this work. It's a hassle and I don't have much time in my life for this type of inconvenience. Additionally, it would have been super duper nice if the front desk would have reminded me to bring my check in the first place. I had this check given to me over a month ago when I got my estimate and it was just plain out of sight out of mind. Since you guys deal with this all the time, a simple reminder would have kept me from all of this extra hassle/inconvenience. Just saying...

The one improvement I can suggest is staying in better touch with customers about the process of their repairs. I felt like I had to call to check in, instead of receiving emails or calls from you.
